For the purposes of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection and Law on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), SUPSONIK informs the User of the existence of an automated personal data file - created by and for the mentioned company and under its responsibility - where these data will remain as long as they are considered useful for the sole purpose of data management for the purpose proposed in the website.
Likewise, the user expressly agrees that SUPSONIK can transfer the personal data - in a confidential way - to third parties with the purpose of delivering the products sold and managing databases technical support.
SUPSONIK informs the User about the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data by means of a written and signed request sent to the following address: Torretxu bidea n.º 5- Pab.: 12- 1ª Planta - 48150 Sondika (Vizcaya) SPAIN.
Such request must contain the following information: name and surname of the User, address for the purposes of notifications, photocopy of the National Identity Document or Passport and written request. In the event of representation, it shall be proved by means of a reliable document.
SUPSONIK will keep all collected data and will take the necessary measures to avoid loss, alteration or inadequate treatment thereof.
