Repairs, Technical Assistance and Maintenance:

Technical assistance

Supsonik has a Technical Assistance Department formed by highly specialized technicians trained to carry out any technical assistance.

Our extensive experience and continuous training ensures agility and success of our services, with National and International coverage.

Coordination with other departments of the company and storage - with thousands of electrical and electronic components - make possible the speed of these interventions.

We are responsible for the supervision of the installation and start-up of the equipment as well as any advice or assistance during and after the end of warranty of the equipment and throughout its useful life, maintenance, revisions, etc.

All SUPSONIK, S.L. equipment are guaranteed against any design or manufacturing defect. Generally, the warranty covers free replacement of materials as well as labour of our technicians.

We have a Repair Department at Sondika facilities where we take care of the required service.

When services provided by our staff at customer´s facilities are needed, SUPSONIK undertakes to carry out inspections, repairs or replacement of materials in the shortest possible time.

Maintenance

SUPSONIK offers different types of maintenance.

Corrective maintenance: Technical intervention to diagnose and repair equipment failure.

Preventive Maintenance: Technical intervention prior to a failure to obtain greater security, conservation and correct functioning of the equipment installed.

Predictive Maintenance: Periodic technical intervention that by means of measurements and statistics of the evolution of certain parameters, allows to predict a fault in the time and in consequence to take the appropriate measures with a schedule such that minimizes down times of machine and costs.

Spare parts

We supply spare parts and any replacement components for our products. In the event of obsolescence of any component, we select and offer an alternative guaranteeing the continuous durability of the products.

At the request of the customer, we analysed and provide a List of Recommended Spare Parts for different periods of the equipment´s life and use, data and technical characteristics, certificates, etc.

Training courses

Supsonik offers equipment theoretical and practical training courses.

Custom designed courses according to customer needs.

Levels of these courses range from basic level for the use and maintenance of equipment to more qualified courses, including failure detection and diagnosis, repairs, calibrations, etc.

These courses are addressed to equipment maintenance staff, managers, etc. with training and technical experience.

Courses can be taught both in our facilities and at customer premises.
